In the Astronist philosophy of religion, the religious universal community is a post-omnidoxical theory of religions of Cometanic origin. It involves the notion that some religions have constructed a strong concept of community for their followers, often with the attachment of a name to describe the entire, universal community of those whom identify as part of that religion.

This is known as the religious universal community according to Astronist scholarship. Examples of which include the following:

Religion – Community name – Details

Astronism – Astrosa – The universal community of all Astronists.

Buddhism – Sangha – Not quite a universal community in the same sense as other religions, but does refer to the collective monastic core of Buddhists.

Christianity – Christendom – The worldwide community of Christians and the nations in which they form a majority of the population.

Islam – Ummah – The worldwide community of Muslims.
